SCM and the optimization of the logistic chain internally and externally is the challenge for logistics in the 21st century. The integration of the chain within a continual flow through the optimal linkage of the physical and informational flows between the logistics processes is essential. Therefore, we offer you modern and future oriented process management systems (PMS) for the precise, efficient and optimal handling of your internal logistics processes.

The Aberle Process Management System (PMS) consists of four basic components:

• Material Flow System (MFS) / Material Flow Computer (MFR)
  
  
  
  aberle.PMS-M: The material flow system for the optimal material management and material flow control for fully automatic conveyance systems.
  
  The MFS receives transportation orders via a super ordinate host system and implements these individual orders for the various system components and monitors the material flow in the system.
  It provides route optimized storage and retrieval by rack feeder, automatic cranes (AMK) or transfer cars (QVW). It reacts just as flexibly to various system conditions (e.g. disturbances) and manages congestions.
  
  The aberle.PMS-M provides a smooth flow for conveyance technology processes and is the central component of every automatic conveyance technology system.
  
  
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Warehouse Management Computer (WMC)
  
  
  
  aberle.PMS-L: The warehouse management system for the optimal implementation of all storage relevant processes and the management of warehoused goods and distribution centres.
  
  The WMS allows comfortable management of containers/ palettes or articles in storage as well as in the areas of incoming and outgoing goods / shipping / disposition, including picking.
  It automatically supports high bay racking, automatic small parts storage as well as manual storage using a forklift management system or hand picking using radio scanners.
  
  In conjunction with the aberle.PMS-M material flow system, it is the ideal combination for the complete management and control of your automatic storage system.
  
  
• Transportation Control System (TCS) / Process Control System (PCS)
  
  
  
  aberle.PMS-T: The transportation control system for optimal transportation with space allocation and order management.
  
  The TCS is a combination product of the material flow system, warehouse management system and production order management. It was developed and optimized to optimally integrate the material flow in the product process previously mentioned in fully automatic production systems.
  
  
• Visualization System / SCADA / Process Visualization
  
  
  
  aberle.PMS-V: das Visualisierungssystem für optimiertes Bedienen und Beobachten mit Statistik und Reportingfunktionen.
  
  Process visualization or SCADA systems (= Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) provide the interface between system and user. Current operating conditions and malfunctions in the system are abstracted and presented graphically.
  
  Visualization can be generated on the basis of Siemens WinCC, Wonderware InTouch or a system developed by Aberle.
